Almost the 15th

Well its the 14th tax season is almost over. Its been pretty hectic here. We have all been missing you. We have had alot of people give their condolences through the season and almost all of them have comment on what a wonderful woman you were and how you always greeted them with a smile or a cheerful word.

On the twins front, Noah lost his ball under the bed this morning and couldnt get it out. Bailey told him she would get it. He held the end of the bed up while she crawled in under it and got his ball.

Bailey's eyes are showing the same sun sensitivity that Keith has. Since she really doesnt take good care of her sunglasses we are going through alot. We are buying them at the dollar store so its not so bad.

Bud is really into the little legos now (you know the ones for older kids.) He sometimes has problems getting them apart but he loves to build his "towers."

Kevin brought over a large train set and let the kids watch it run. They of course loved it.

Bo is doing pretty good. We probably should get him in an obedience class. He is fairly well behaved but as smart as he is we should get him trained before he gets set in his way. He just recently started the barking, growling, constantly thing when we have a visitor. He didn't use to do that so I am not sure what triggered it. Maybe just spending time with the girls since they bark at passing strangers.

Well I better let you go a car pulled up and I will be getting busy shortly.

Luv u.

Its March

Well its March. We are going to have St Patty's day this weekend. Daddy is fixing the corned beef and cabbage, Sharlene is fixing the potatoes and the rest has been divided between Brenda, Mary, and myself. It wont be the same without you here.

I have been pretty depressed lately. I really miss you. Last week Brenda went to call Daddy about something and he didnt answer so it went to his voice mail. She wasnt expecting it so your voice caught her off guard. She said it was hard. Alot of people miss you.

Gindy called Daddy and invited us down for Mildred's birthday. I guess we are going to try and make a day trip of it.

Well that was kind of rambly wasnt it.

Been awhile

Mother,

Its been a while since I have written I know. I have thought about you many times. It is right in the heart of tax season. With Daddy being semi-retired I have been doing more tax returns and such. Valentine's day he gave all the girls a box of dark chocolates in your honor. He also got both me and Mary a computer. The fan had gone out on my computer and we haven't had it repaired yet. Mary looses her laptop when her layoff starts. I don't think I mentioned her layoff date was pushed back to the 26th of this month. She is doing great down here though. She has caught on quicker than any employee we have had in years. I think it has a lot to do with the fact that she takes the initiative to try and understand the whys. It makes a difference.

Anyway I know you are more interested in the twins so a bit about them. Bailey is becoming more head strong if such a thing is possible. We have had to start putting her on a leash. The harness things they sell for kids dont work for her so we fastened a large dog collar around her waist and attached a leash to it. Keith hates it. He says people give him dirty looks. I told him to give them dirty looks back. She is talking very well now. She has also started saying no thank you. When offered something she doesn't want. It wasn't something we consciously taught her, she just picked it up from us I guess.

Now on to Noah. He loves the "computer" he got for his birthday and often plays with it. He is becoming more aggressive towards defending his stuff rather than just screaming when Bailey takes it. He spends alot of playtime with legos. He is also starting to get the hang of tracing lines. We are thinking he may be left handed. He is using both hands but he does tend to favor his left. He is also fascinated with counting.

It's taken me the better part of two hours to get this much typed as I am continually being interrupted. We started today with only two appts on the books and I have so far made 5 more, I am making them about 1/2 hour in advance. Since I have several people that have brought me more info in this morning I need to get to work and get these tax returns finished.

Love you.

Another day

Hi Mother

Well its another day in the world of a tax office. Its been a bit slow but today has a good schedule showing. I was filling out some paperwork and came across a date that you had written on something and I started crying. That's it just a simple date.

Mary's birthday is tomorrow.

First Entry

Dear Mother,

I am writing in this blog simply because I am really missing you today. I've been wanting to talk to you and tell you about the things that are happening right now. It's all pretty mundane stuff though, nothing anyone else would really be interested in but I decided to post it in a blog anyway so I could share pictures with others whenever I decided to post some.

The landlord at the office fixed the roof yesterday and today he replaced the ceiling tiles where the leak was.

I logged into your pogo account today and let your friends know you were gone. Fairyshart chatted with me a bit and remarked on how much fun the two of you had chatting and laughing and playing the games together.

Mary is totally disgusted with the people that are suppose to be taking her job over after she is gone. I really don't blame her for that.

On the home front evidently the new crayons we got write fine on skin.

Nite Luv U
